Damaged Items:
If an item is damaged please Contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item. These items will be replaced if the damage is deemed to have occurred in the postage process. Images may be required for assessment so please return in original packaging and take images of the breakages/damage.
HJ Ceramics will not accept lability for any subsequent breakages or damage to pieces after receipt of goods which have been accepted in good order.
These pieces are made by hand and are fit for purpose. I am happy to provide additional information and photography to help with your selection. There will be no refunds on change of mind, if your unsure please email me directly for more information/ photos.
All commissions will require a 30% deposit before sampling production begins.
As these pieces are handmade, slight variations on size and colour do exist, we do our best to give as precise information/photography as we can.
